Cool vests normally ship next business day by UPS Ground (occasionally in 2 business days.)
When away from the house we put the cool vests us in a bi ziplock bag and carry that in an insulated bag with an ice pack. This way the vests are ready when you put them on. (See insulated shoulder tote. )
After a some hours if your cool vest is starting to be less effective, put it back in the plastic bag to re-wet it in cool water for a couple of minutes and your vest is recharged!
